Sub: Requesting Information under RTI Act 2005

Respected Madam/Sir,

Please provide the following Information

1.       The evidence based on which Survey No: 244 and 248-1 are not updated on T.Venkateswarlu name as on 21^st-Jul-2015.

2.       The two mentioned in point 1 were present in the name of T. Venkateswarlu, Gowthavaram in pass book as on13th-Nov-2011; however they are not updated on meebhumi website as on 21^st-Jul- 2015; (They are  updated now) Please provide the Information on how a pass book entry will be converted to meebhumi entry.

3.       Requesting the two entries to update in meebhumi, application was given on DT: 13th-Aug-2015; Please mention the day to day action taken on the application.

4.       Please provide the scanned copy of the application that we have submitted.

5.       Please mention the procedure to complaint on the MRO office staff who demanded 2000 as bribe. Under helpless condition my father paid 1000 Rs.

6.       Who will be liable for the tort committed by MRO staff under vicarious liability?

7.       How many application are received under janmabhoomi and Mee-Bhumi regarding the updating in meebhumi website issue, how many of them are resolved as on 15^th Feb 2016.

8.       Why MRO office staff is not proving acknowledgment to the applicants? Please provide the related rules and for not providing the acknowledgement of receipt of request under various programs.

As per RTI Act 2005, I hereby have attached 20 Rs IPO stamps (        24G 899723                           ) towards fee and scanned copies. If I need to pay more please inform me on *********.
