Respected Madam/Sir,
Please provide the following Information
1.
Regd No: 2846/2015
registration shows Rs-63870 as total
charges collected from the customer, However we have paid Rs.68000; Why there is difference between the two

What are the official mechanisms to report the same?

We have paid Rs. 4000 for document writing. The
service provided by private individuals in the premises of your office. Is that
service is not taxed? If it is not what accounting mechanism your office is
following to track the same.
4.
The Registration papers show user fee (Rs-120); what are the
services provided under user fee category.
5.
What procedure the registration office follows
to verify the truth of registration documents
6.
What is the normal duration of house
registration, land registration?
7.
Who is the competent person to pay stamp duties
and registration fee? If it is not middle men why your office allowing middle
men to collect money and pay on their behalf.
8.
Whose responsibility is to creating awareness
about the registration process among public. If it is your office provide the
details of such programs in the last 5 years.
As per RTI Act 2005, I hereby have attached 10 Rs IPO stamp (
24G 899724 ) towards fee. If I need to pay more please
inform me on *********.
