Over Charging in IRCTC than to that of Railway Counter for booking on reservation tkt

Respected Sir,
why we need to pay service charger of Rs-22 and Payment gateway charges of another Rs.10 to Rs.20 for booking Railway ticket through IRCTC?

Why we should not be charging anything extra to that of Railway Reservation Counter Charges?
1) When the services at Railway counter are not taxed why the same service in IRCTC is taxed?
2) Government is Promoting DIGITAL INDIA, however if I go digital mode of booking I need to pay minimum Rs.35 Extra
3) we are reducing carbon emission ( If every one wants to go to railway counter and book tickets, they have to travel, which emits carbon)
4) We are reducing burden on Railways, otherwise they would need to recruit more people and more operating cost
5) We are actually promoting transparency through online mode of tickets


Why We should be charging more in Railway counter than in IRCTC website?
1) To discourage monitory transactions
2) Possibility of using black money
3) Heavy operating cost to maintain Office/employee, who can do black market transactions etc
4) We are promoting Digital India


Sir, Today I traveled 2 Km to book Train Ticket to save this Rs-35 (22 + min 13); I have a credit card since last 9 years, I have been using online banking since last 9 years; However today  I booked ticket at Railway counter as I do not want to spend Rs.35 Unnecessarily.

Please scrap this discrepancy and Promote DIGITAL INDIA with Incentives during Initial months/Years.

Please provide the following Information
1.       Regd No: 2846/2015 registration shows Rs-63870 as total charges collected from the customer, However we have paid Rs.68000; Why there is difference between the two
2.       What are the official mechanisms to report the same?
3.       We have paid Rs. 4000 for document writing. The service provided by private individuals in the premises of your office. Is that service is not taxed? If it is not what accounting mechanism your office is following to track the same.
4.       The Registration papers show user fee (Rs-120); what are the services provided under user fee category.
5.       What procedure the registration office follows to verify the truth of registration documents
6.       What is the normal duration of house registration, land registration?
7.       Who is the competent person to pay stamp duties and registration fee? If it is not middle men why your office allowing middle men to collect money and pay on their behalf.
8.       Whose responsibility is to creating awareness about the registration process among public. If it is your office provide the details of such programs in the last 5 years.

1.      What are the basis on which the property tax assessment No: 1148003928 on 8-17-202/A3 was named on Challagolusula Guravaiah when the present legal owner is Thandava Venkateswarlu and the past legal owner is Challagolusula Jyothirani .
2.      My Father, Thandava Venkateswarlu, the new legal owner has applied for Name change on 3-Nov-2015, which was endorsed by Commissioner, Giddalur Nagara Panchayat, however the change is not reflected on the property tax assessment, what action the Nagar Panchayat has taken on the application since then.
3.      What is the due procedure to change the name from one legal owner to another legal owner, when the title rights are changed on the property?
4.      Which officer is vicariously liable for the wrong caused by this misfeasance?
5.      How many people above 18 years know English in Giddalur Nagar Panchayat?
6.      What are the basis for printing the Computerized assessment in English

1.       The evidence based on which Survey No: 244 and 248-1 are not updated on T.Venkateswarlu name as on 21st-Jul-2015.
2.       The two mentioned in point 1 were present in the name of T. Venkateswarlu, Gowthavaram in pass book as on13th-Nov-2011; however they are not updated on meebhumi website as on 21st-Jul- 2015; (They are  updated now) Please provide the Information on how a pass book entry will be converted to meebhumi entry.
3.       Requesting the two entries to update in meebhumi, application was given on DT: 13th-Aug-2015; Please mention the day to day action taken on the application.
4.       Please provide the scanned copy of the application that we have submitted.
5.       Please mention the procedure to complaint on the MRO office staff who demanded 2000 as bribe. Under helpless condition my father paid 1000 Rs.
6.       Who will be liable for the tort committed by MRO staff under vicarious liability?
7.       How many application are received under janmabhoomi and Mee-Bhumi regarding the updating in meebhumi website issue, how many of them are resolved as on 15th Feb 2016.
8.       Why MRO office staff is not proving acknowledgment to the applicants? Please provide the related rules and for not providing the acknowledgement of receipt of request under various programs.

Please use dash cameras on important public employees who interact, Inspect various services across the country with the help of state governments.

These dash camera must me linked to central monitoring station. The concerned video must be linked to the authorization file. for example if a town planning officer goes to verify the under construction building, the video must be added to the building permission file.

Dash camera also be used on the below officers to infuse true spirit of public service which is lacking now.
Police
Town planning officers
Enforcement staff
Vigilance officers
and other public servants who interact with citizens
Drug Inspectors
Public employment is being considered as licence for looting people by many servants of public which must be stopped using latest ICT tools.
