Non-Functioning Coach Position Display at Giddalur (GID) Station_MORLY/E/2017/03028

Respected Sir,
I am Yogesh Thandava, who travelled through Giddalur Station with the below details.
PNR: 4539002273: Train Details: 17226 /  AMARAVATI EXP
Station: Giddaluru (GID): Zone: SCR/South Central   Division: Guntur

The Giddalur Station has halts for nearly 10 Express (4 regular and 6 alternative days) and 2 Super Fast Trains (weekly), and two Passenger Trains also have sleeper Coaches.
Giddalur Station is known for playing crucial role in the movement of Army and BSF, CRPF and other armed police forces men. These men usually carry heavy luggage as they visit only couple of times to their homes. Their huge luggage needs to be carried hurriedly to the coach position. Sometimes It happens that, their family members get them into any one coach due to scarcity of train halt time, later these men face mammoth difficulty in carrying their luggage to their appropriate Coach.
Besides many aged passenger’s book reservation tickets due to their age and seeking convenience.
On the other hand many professional who work in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Vijayawada, and Visakhapatnam avail the Reservation facilities.
For all the above categories of passengers and others, not knowing the Sleeper Coach position is the very difficult to get into the train. For their entire Journey, the starting point becomes a nightmare.
Even under tight finances of Railways for capital investment, Railway has rightly acknowledged the need of passengers and provided financial resources to the Coach Display boards. However due to some un-known reasons, these boards are not functional.
Their Functioning would be very important to start the Train Journey peacefully.
Therefore I urge the Railways to look into the matter and make the Display boards Function As soon as possible.
Let's create a Happy start to a peaceful Railway Journey, by waking up the respective authorities who are accountable to this non-functioning Display boards.
Thanking You Sir,

Yogesh Thandava,
